Laurie A. Stillwell, CPA

Laurie Stillwell formed the practice in January 2001 after spending more than a decade with local and regional accounting firms specializing in providing tax and accounting services to closely-held businesses. She began her public accounting career with the international firm of Price Waterhouse, in Boston, Massachusetts.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Stillwell teaches monthly webinars and live tax seminars nationally on professional ethics, and business and individual income tax issues for Thomson Tax & Accounting.

She is the author and editor of several continuing professional education texts, as well as published articles on the tax and accounting issues faced by medical and legal professionals, and the construction industry.

Ms. Stillwell is licensed in both FL and NY, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), AICPA’s Tax Section, New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.
